What you will do
- Take global, end-to-end ownership of technical hiring across Credit Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, and AI Research.
- Uncover and engage best-in-market passive talent using creative, multi-channel sourcing approaches.
- Act as a business partner to leaders, guiding stakeholder conversations and influencing decisions with data, insight, and empathy.
- Champion collaborative hiring best practices and interrogate processes with a highly analytical mindset to improve hiring.
Requirements
- Extensive end-to-end technical hiring experience within a fast-paced, in-house, product-led tech environment.
- Experience hiring into other locations outside of the UK.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent through deep sourcing activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and push back to drive positive outcomes.
- Deeply data driven, leveraging analytics to improve hiring and comfortable reporting on process and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailoring messages to the audience and building trust at all levels.

Hiring process
- Screening: 30-minute call with a Talent Partner.
- Leadership interview: 45-minute interview with the Head of Talent.
- Final interview: 45-minute task with the Head of Talent and VP, People, followed by a 45-minute stakeholder interview.
