Focus on designing creative sourcing strategies, data-driven hiring improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to hire top talent efficiently.

What you will do

  • Own global hiring for corporate functions including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR.
  • Develop and execute creative multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to guide hiring decisions using data and insight.
  • Drive hiring process improvements with an analytical mindset.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to champion best hiring practices.
  • Support technical hiring during peak business periods.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive end-to-end corporate hiring experience in a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.
  • Experience hiring outside the UK is required.
  • Proven ability in deep sourcing and engaging passive candidates using various tools and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Ashby is a plus.
