What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from opening to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to communicate progress, risks, and timelines
• Shape job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate experience
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Use data and feedback to improve hiring processes and contribute to team culture

Requirements

• English: B2+ required
• 1.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; IT recruitment is a plus
• Comfortable with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing tools)
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-changing, high-volume environment
• Strong prioritization and flexibility skills
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
