What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from opening to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to communicate progress, risks, and timelines
- Shape job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate experience
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Use data and feedback to improve hiring processes and contribute to team culture
Requirements
- English: B2+ required
- 1.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; IT recruitment is a plus
- Comfortable with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing tools)
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-changing, high-volume environment
- Strong prioritization and flexibility skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
