What you will do

• Own relationships with key enterprise customers ensuring smooth engagements and growth.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams meeting timelines, quality, and SLAs.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts for business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to improve delivery.
• Communicate customer insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.
• Bring structure and momentum to complex projects in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• Location: London, UK
• 5+ years experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments such as consulting, banking, private equity, or tech product/program management.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or STEM.
• Exposure to GenAI solutions through work or personal projects.
• Proven client relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on customer and deployment needs.
