What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Gather requirements and specify complex product features with stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead product delivery balancing speed and quality, motivating teams to overcome challenges
• Leverage customer feedback to prioritize roadmap decisions
• Use data to connect project outcomes to key business metrics
• Manage expectations and build buy-in from senior managers and customers
• Mentor junior product managers and champion a product-led culture

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London with 2 days per week in office
• Enterprise SaaS product management experience with backend-heavy product leadership
• Startup experience in fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, technically sophisticated products from concept to launch
• Strong data fluency and outcome-driven prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the insurance sector and claims team pain points
• Experience building AI products
