What you will do

• Lead the AI squad and manage the backlog, prioritizing ideas based on impact and feasibility
• Write product requirement documents and guide proofs-of-concept through two-week sprints
• Design quick tests to de-risk assumptions and validate AI experiments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align squad work with business strategy and R&D goals
• Track adoption metrics and advocate for evidence-led decisions
• Share outcomes through newsletters, demos, and case studies

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years in consultancy
• Experience with experimentation, prototyping, and delivering internal AI tools
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping fuzzy ideas into testable PoCs
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, RAG, MCP-style agent integrations, and AI automation platforms
• English proficiency at least B2 level
