Location: Hybrid, London with remote-first setup and optional office access

What you will do

Lead the AI squad and manage the backlog, prioritizing ideas based on impact and feasibility
Write product requirement documents and guide proofs-of-concept through two-week sprints
Design quick tests to de-risk assumptions and validate AI experiments
Collaborate with stakeholders to align squad work with business strategy and R&D goals
Track adoption metrics and advocate for evidence-led decisions
Share outcomes through newsletters, demos, and case studies

Requirements

Must have 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years in consultancy
Experience with experimentation, prototyping, and delivering internal AI tools
Strong collaboration skills with engineering and senior stakeholders
Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping fuzzy ideas into testable PoCs
Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, RAG, MCP-style agent integrations, and AI automation platforms
English proficiency at least B2 level
