Location: Hybrid in London, England (expected in office at least three days per week)

What you will do

• Lead a major part of the AI product surface, owning its vision, strategy, and impact.
• Deeply understand customer needs, business goals, and AI system functionality to make high-quality decisions.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, AI designers, and researchers to explore ideas and build high-value AI product experiences.
• Ship ambitious, high-quality AI products from early exploration to production launches, iterating based on performance.
• Integrate AI across the hirify.global platform and partner with GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption.
• Lead through clarity, ownership, and momentum, aligning teams and pushing for impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong AI and technical fluency, having built or worked deeply with AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI.
• Excellent product judgment, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Sharp problem framing and customer insight, translating complexity into crisp problem statements.
• Ability to build world-class products, collaborating with engineering and design to test, measure, and iterate on AI systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence, structure ambiguity, and drive momentum.
• Must work from the London office at least three days per week.
