What you will do

• Lead identification, scoping, and implementation of AI journeys on email and chat to improve resolution rates and QA scores
• Analyze customer call flows to design improved IVR routing and voice-AI experiences reducing human reliance
• Monitor AI agent performance and develop long-term roadmap for non-human customer support resolution
• Review customer conversations to diagnose failures and optimize chatbot prompts
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize self-serve features and expose necessary data for personalized responses
• Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously optimize AI-driven customer interactions

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the UK (London/Kent)
• 2+ years experience in analytical roles in tech, finance, or consulting preferred
• Strong analytical skills with data exploration, funnel analysis, and experiment design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for AI prompt writing
• Experience with support automation platforms like Intercom or similar
• Strong cross-functional project management and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Background in credit cards, lending, payments, or fintech
• Understanding of backend data structures and APIs
• Experience with AI-driven customer interactions and chatbot design
• Exposure to regulated industries or multi-product organizations
