What you will do

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the hirify.global Enterprise Suite architecture and its business solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer systems based on technical requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify and solve high-impact engineering challenges affecting new enterprise customer acquisition and onboarding.
• Design and prototype custom or reusable solution patterns to address gaps in product capability or integration.
• Educate and guide sales teams on technological capabilities and constraints to ensure integrity and trust in customer interactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering roles.
• Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS platforms, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong technical background with experience designing and integrating APIs or enterprise software systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Thorough understanding of DevOps, CI/CD methodologies, and agile development practices.
