What you will do
- Define and execute hirify.global’s global AI/GenAI and Innovation strategy in partnership with IT teams.
- Build and implement a formal innovation framework covering idea intake, prioritization, prototyping, and scaling.
- Lead the identification of high-value AI/GenAI use cases across the fashion value chain (design, merchandising, supply chain, retail, corporate functions).
- Oversee rapid prototyping, pilots, and manage transitions to scaled solutions, ensuring responsible and ethical AI adoption.
- Lead and mentor a small team of innovators and developers, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Build an AI/GenAI innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships and external engagement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership, with 5+ years in AI/ML, GenAI, or Innovation roles.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/GenAI pilots and scaling them to enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex).
- Familiarity with fashion/retail AI use cases (generative design, demand forecasting, customer personalization).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline required.
- Strong ability to influence and communicate with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
