What you will do

• Partner with senior business and marketing stakeholders to define personalization strategies, business objectives, and KPIs.
• Architect personalization solutions integrating hirify.global Personalization with data sources like CDPs, CRMs, analytics, and AI models.
• Lead discovery, design sessions, and proof-of-concepts demonstrating AI-powered personalization value.
• Advise on organizational change management, governance, and operating models to scale personalization globally.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and mentor internal teams to scale personalization enablement.
• Deliver strategic insights to Product and Engineering to influence product evolution.

Requirements

• Must be located in a state where hirify.global is registered to do business, preferably California.
• Proven experience in strategic consulting, solution architecture, and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of personalization platforms, A/B testing, and AI/ML-powered segmentation.
• Strong technical background with SaaS platforms, composable architecture, microservices, and modern web technologies (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, REST, GraphQL).
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive workshops and onsite engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web rendering approaches and modern frameworks like Nuxt.js, Remix, Gatsby.
