What you will do

• Drive complex Conversational AI projects from Proof of Concept to full implementation for enterprise clients.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to customers and partners.
• Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar Solution Architect role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.
• Experience with Front-End Design (HTML, CSS) and Back-End Development.
