• Partner with CEO and leadership to align organizational priorities and people programs.
• Lead recruiting strategy to attract and onboard top talent across technical and business teams.
• Foster a culture rooted in company values and develop leadership and engagement programs.
• Oversee people operations, policies, and systems ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Coach leaders and managers to increase capability and consistency during rapid growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from NYC or Boston, United States
• 10+ years in People/HR roles with experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Proven track record scaling companies from ~50 to 300+ employees.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence executive teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Passion for building healthy, high-performing teams.
