TL;DR

Senior People Business Partner (HR Business Partner): Partner with Go To Market and G&A leaders to build high-performing, empathetic work environments and support organizational growth with an accent on organizational design, talent planning, and people analytics. Focus on coaching leadership, managing core people programs, and leveraging AI tools to inform decisions and support global expansion.

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; or Boston, MA with onsite presence two days a week

Salary: $129,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as dedicated People partner for Go To Market and G&A teams, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
  • Support leaders in translating business objectives into people needs and recommend actions to strengthen productivity and collaboration.
  • Guide teams through growth, change, and cultural shifts maintaining clarity and momentum.
  • Lead core People programs including performance, compensation, promotion, and talent review cycles.
  • Improve and simplify People processes to reduce friction and enhance program intuitiveness.
  • Use AI and people analytics to inform decisions and support organizational growth and global expansion.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite two days a week in Columbus, Chicago, New York City, or Boston.
  • 5+ years experience as a People Business Partner supporting diverse client groups and GTM leaders.
  • Strong skills in organizational design, talent planning, and employee relations.
  • Experience leading performance, compensation, promotion, and talent review processes.
  • Comfort using AI tools and people analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with warmth, clarity, and candor.

  • Experience supporting teams through organizational change and cultural transitions.
  • Interest or experience working with global teams.
