What you will do
- Own end-to-end performance and compensation cycles, leading cross-functional teams and designing program strategy and communication.
- Lead employee engagement strategy using CultureAmp, translating data into actionable plans to improve retention and manager effectiveness.
- Build and scale learning and development and manager enablement programs to support leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Continuously improve people programs using data and feedback, creating clear documentation and communication materials.
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, BizTech, and Legal to deliver cohesive global programs and manage vendor relationships.
- Support other high-priority people initiatives and company-wide programs as needed.
Requirements
- Must be located in New York and work onsite 3+ days per week
- 5–7+ years experience in People Programs, Talent Management, or People Operations with ownership of company-wide programs in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record running performance and compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and L&D programs at scale.
- Strong program management skills with ability to move from strategy to execution and manage complex workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Workday and CultureAmp is a plus.
