What you will do

• Lead strategic HR initiatives and people strategy for Marketing, Information Security, and Global Business Operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing key priorities and providing strategic advice.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities by coaching senior leaders and providing development opportunities.
• Manage a small global team of HR Business Partners, driving the delivery of the people strategy.
• Champion employee engagement and culture, and manage organizational change initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, compensation, and performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global environment, supporting Corporate functions.
• Proven success in leading HR projects and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers across all levels of the organization.
• Data-savvy with the ability to analyze trends and use insights for actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives from planning to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
