What you will do
- Create and execute strategic sales plans within your defined account territory.
- Manage and document the sales process in Salesforce, providing regular updates.
- Coordinate resources and teams across the full sales and account management cycle.
- Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and business review meetings with customer leadership.
- Exceed sales quota by executing strategic account plans and closing expansion opportunities.
- Manage and expand executive-level relationships within new and existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience within an enterprise software company.
- Strong alignment with hirify.global Core Values.
- Experience with SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector.
- eDiscovery and SaaS sales experience.
- Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievement.
- Complex solution selling or customer success management experience.
