TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role, requiring presence in US states including Illinois, California, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona, with a focus on the West Coast.

Salary: $179,000–$269,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans within your defined account territory.
  • Manage and document the sales process in Salesforce, providing regular updates.
  • Coordinate resources and teams across the full sales and account management cycle.
  • Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and business review meetings with customer leadership.
  • Exceed sales quota by executing strategic account plans and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Manage and expand executive-level relationships within new and existing customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience within an enterprise software company.
  • Strong alignment with hirify.global Core Values.
  • Experience with SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector.
  • eDiscovery and SaaS sales experience.
  • Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievement.
  • Complex solution selling or customer success management experience.
