What you will do

  • Own and deliver the North American GSI strategy, accountable for revenue and pipeline creation.
  • Build and maintain executive-level networks across GSI partners and customers to influence joint strategies.
  • Develop compelling value propositions aligning Pure's technology with market priorities.
  • Establish strategic commercial frameworks and operational plans for scalable partner programs.
  • Provide expert judgment on negotiation strategies and deal structures.
  • Drive and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near New Jersey, Dallas, or Nashville, Tennessee.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Proven success in strategic sales and alliance management within GSI partner landscape.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud marketplace agreements and cloud migration programs.
  • Data-driven forecasting and strategic planning skills.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
