Salary: $95,560 – $133,750 (for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA)

What you will do

  • Learn and master hirify.global Tax & Accounting products, features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Implement and adhere to the prescribed sales process to achieve sales quotas.
  • Manage an assigned account list, segmenting customers and researching decision-makers for prospecting.
  • Promote new account development and conduct presentations at industry meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
  • Grow existing customer business by staying informed of client needs and conveying the value of current solutions.
  • Contribute to new product development by identifying gaps and working with Product Managers to translate client requirements into functional specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; OR, if no degree, 6+ years of software/SaaS field sales experience.
  • 5 or more years of B2B sales experience, including sales with on-premise/cloud software, SaaS business applications, or content information.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Experience developing and implementing business plans and forecasts.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a consultative sales approach.
