What you will do

• Proactively generate new deals and expand the client base for Ovid Synthesis.
• Qualify leads and develop tailored sales strategies to engage prospective clients.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close new business contracts with prospective clients.
• Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to secure new deals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience with a focus on acquiring new business.
• Demonstrated success in complex sales and solution selling.
• Experience with SAAS sales in Healthcare, navigating budget, IT, and procurement.
• Knowledge of CRM applications and Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset for client conversion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
