Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Provide timely resolution of functional and technical issues for Sales, Traders, Front and Middle Office in Fixed Income Capital (FIC) department.
• Troubleshoot functional issues in a complex financial environment with regional and global applications.
• Manage crisis communication with end-users and senior management.
• Document system requirements and support run books, ensuring maintainable and quality solutions.
• Communicate application outages and upcoming releases or projects to users.
• Collaborate with development and global support teams across New York, Montreal, London, and Paris.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income, Risk calculation, and Derivatives Pricing.
• Knowledge of US financial regulations such as Dodd Frank, FINRA, FATCA Reporting.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and SQL.
• Must be able to work hybrid in New York City with at least 4 days onsite per week.
• Visa sponsorship available only for TN and E-2 treaty-based visas (Canadian, Mexican, French citizens).
• Autonomous, capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking projects.
• Team-oriented and client-focused.
