What you will do

• Administer, create, and interpret reporting of business metrics for performance across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain predictive modeling tools to enhance performance related to scheduling and prioritization.
• Develop and administer automation tools to increase productivity and coordinate information requirements.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth "go live" when new systems or processes move to production.
• Recommend and develop continual service improvement opportunities and complex analytical tools utilizing statistical data.
• Lead operational support for all Business Continuity activities and maintain continuous communication with internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of relevant Operations experience with MicroFocus OpenView/OMi/OpsBridge, NNMi, SolarWinds, UCMDB, Splunk, SiteScope, Nagios, LogicMonitor, CA Suite, BMC or IBM suite of products.

Nice to have

• Experience with LogicMonitor, CA Suite, SolarWinds.
• Experience with MicroFocus OMi/Openview.
• Some experience with Perl, Python.
