What you will do

• Provide end-to-end technical support across macOS, Windows, Linux, networks, SaaS platforms, and identity systems with deskside and remote support.
• Support office IT infrastructure, conference room AV, and unified communications for hybrid collaboration.
• Handle IT incidents, request escalations, and maintain documentation and hardware inventory.
• Support new hire onboarding and training on IT services and policies.
• Collaborate on operational and technical improvements and share knowledge within the team.
• Utilize MDM tools and support key platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, and Okta.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of IT support or administration experience in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in macOS, Windows, Linux troubleshooting, endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and SaaS support.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms (Mosyle, Intune) and Identity/SSO environments (Google Workspace, Entra ID).
• Strong proficiency in ITSM processes including incident, request, and asset management.
• Excellent communication and customer empathy skills with ability to translate technical topics for non-technical users.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
