What you will do

• Automate provisioning and de-provisioning of applications using SAML and SCIM.
• Design and execute automated workflows for employee lifecycle management.
• Administer and optimize SaaS tools leveraging APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues and provide technical escalation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions.
• Document procedures and mentor support staff.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work
• 7+ years experience in end-user support and systems administration.
• Advanced administration of multi-domain Google Workspace in a global environment.
• Experience managing large device fleets with MDM tools.
• Deep expertise in Identity/SSO/SAML systems, preferably Okta.
• Strong automation skills for user lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Workday, Okta workflows, and governance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like BASH and Python.
• Relevant certifications in Okta and Google Workspace.
