What you will do
- Lead global sales strategy, planning, forecasting, segmentation, and territory design
- Own end-to-end sales and revenue operations including funnel processes, systems adoption, and KPI tracking
- Drive sales productivity through onboarding, enablement, and process optimization
- Manage operating rhythm of global sales organization including QBRs and performance reviews
- Partner cross-functionally to align pipeline, partnerships, GTM campaigns, and revenue initiatives
- Optimize GTM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement workflows for efficiency and adoption
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS/B2B tech
- Degree in STEM required
- Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
