What you will do
- Proactively engage existing customers in consultative discussions regarding their current revenue management strategies and goals.
- Conduct compelling, data-driven product demonstrations of DR+ to articulate how it enhances pricing strategies and delivers ROI.
- Serve as a credible expert, educating hoteliers on best practices and how DR+ integrates with their commercial strategy.
- Own the end-to-end upsell sales cycle within your defined territory, from qualification through contract closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets for the DR+ product.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborate with other teams on market feedback.
Requirements
- Strong background and proven track record in operational hotel revenue management is essential.
- Demonstrated ambition to transition from an operational role into a high-growth SaaS commercial environment.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English language is required.
- Proven success in an inside sales, account management, or commercially-focused B2B environment is preferred, or a clear aptitude to learn sales skills quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and standard business tools.
