Account Executive (SaaS): Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with an accent on consultative sales, value selling, and managing large corporate accounts. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to land and expand key accounts.

Location: Madrid, Spain with hybrid work format (office first culture, 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales quota by generating and qualifying new opportunities
  • Conduct consistent outreach to build pipeline even while closing deals
  • Identify and leverage key stakeholders to execute sales strategies effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams
  • Use discovery and communication skills to understand customer needs and articulate solutions
  • Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain or able to work hybrid with office presence
  • 7+ years experience in B2B enterprise software sales with strong track record
  • Experience with value selling and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus
  • Strong communication skills including with C-Level executives
  • Disciplined in sales processes and CRM hygiene
