TL;DR

Sales Operations Associate: Ensuring smooth daily operations for the GTM machine by building high-quality prospect lists, executing campaigns, and maintaining pipeline hygiene. Focus on data accuracy, process execution, and supporting SDR teams to optimize sales workflows.

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain. Temporary remote work for two weeks in August is allowed from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Build high-quality, ICP-aligned prospect lists with strong data quality.
  • Execute outbound and inbound campaigns with precision and consistency.
  • Keep the SDR pipeline clean and enforce HubSpot discipline.
  • Protect deal attribution and ensure commercial accuracy for reporting.
  • Support new SDR onboarding and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process execution.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong interest in Sales, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment.
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues early and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage recurring operational tasks reliably.
  • Motivated student, intern, or early-career professional eager to grow into an Ops role.
  • Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
  • Willing to work 4 to 5 days at our fantastic office in Barcelona.
