What you will do
- Lead the Key Account Management Latam team, setting strategic goals and driving overall performance.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants alongside individual account managers.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, business, legal, and product teams.
- Oversee client account implementation and ongoing growth, utilizing data analytics.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role handling international clients in the payments industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
