TL;DR
Customer Success Lead (Fintech): Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships and guiding enterprises through onboarding, adoption, and expansion with an accent on driving business impact and influencing product decisions. Focus on designing scalable customer success processes and identifying growth opportunities within a SaaS billing platform.
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (4 days/week in the office). Applicants from outside the EU without a valid work permit for the Netherlands cannot be supported for relocation.

What you will do
- Be the face of hirify.global for mid-market and enterprise customers, building long-term, trusted relationships with Finance, Ops, and Product teams.
- Guide customers from onboarding, adoption & QBRs, expansion, and renewal, ensuring they see real business impact with hirify.global.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, turning customer insights into impact to guide Product & Engineering decisions.
- Design, refine, and own the playbooks and processes that define the foundation of how Customer Success scales.
- Spot upsell and expansion opportunities by deeply understanding how customers use the platform.
- Act as a problem-solver, coordinating internally and keeping the customer in the loop when issues arise.
Requirements
- A customer-first mindset, getting energy from helping customers succeed and building long-term partnerships.
- Experience in SaaS (bonus: FinTech, billing, or enterprise B2B) in a role like CSM, Account Management, or Solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex products clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving DNA, being resourceful, proactive, and willing to define new processes.
- Curiosity and product affinity to learn the platform and translate customer needs into actionable feedback.
- A builder mindset, eager to design and own processes from scratch.
- English proficiency required.
- Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands if from outside the EU.
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech, billing, or enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in Dutch or another EU language.
