What you will do
- Lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage potential customers in LATAM
- Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activities using Salesforce
- Deliver personalized storytelling and product expertise to guide customer journeys
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and enhance value proposition
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
- Simplify complex situations into clear, customer-ready presentations and materials
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Austin office 1-2 times per week (hybrid work format)
- 8+ years of full cycle sales experience with large named accounts in LATAM region
- Native Portuguese and English speaker
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and negotiations
- Strong strategic planning and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate fast-paced and uncertain environments
