What you will do
- Facilitate business process reviews and translate customer requirements into contact center designs
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Develop technical requirements and oversee project delivery
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with customer service leadership
- Partner with AI teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions
- Deliver end user training and documentation
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of Salesforce development or configuration experience
- Understanding of customer service and contact center operations
- Experience with Salesforce Platform architecture and custom application building
- Client-facing experience including pre-sales and project management
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- English proficiency: B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud)
- Contact center architecture knowledge
- Experience with VOIP protocols like SIP, WebRTC
- Experience with Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Workforce management and outbound dialer experience
