What you will do

  • Facilitate business process reviews and translate customer requirements into contact center designs
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
  • Develop technical requirements and oversee project delivery
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with customer service leadership
  • Partner with AI teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions
  • Deliver end user training and documentation

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of Salesforce development or configuration experience
  • Understanding of customer service and contact center operations
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform architecture and custom application building
  • Client-facing experience including pre-sales and project management
  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud)
  • Contact center architecture knowledge
  • Experience with VOIP protocols like SIP, WebRTC
  • Experience with Amazon Connect contact center solutions
  • Workforce management and outbound dialer experience
