What you will do

• Serve as lead technical expert for compute and GPU products across the Americas.
• Support sales through solution design, sizing, and architecture recommendations.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept for enterprise customers.
• Manage technical account activities including onboarding, optimization, and satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements to engineering and product teams.
• Represent the company at industry expos and conferences, building technical leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or technical account management.
• Based in Americas time zone (U.S., Canada, or LATAM).
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and GPU/AI workloads.
• Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration, AI inference frameworks, cloud infrastructure tools, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
