What you will do

• Lead the functional and technical sales process across hirify.global’s portfolio.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and proof of concepts aligned with customer challenges.
• Identify and address functional and technical requirements of assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with account executives and overlay teams.
• Respond promptly to RFIs and RFPs with technical expertise.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work
• 7+ years supporting multiple software products and services in complex accounts.
• 1+ years experience with Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Strong presentation and demo skills with ability to customize storyboards.
• Proven success in strategic deal wins and managing complex sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and frontline employees.
