What you will do

• Partner with sales to provide technical leadership and support in presales activities
• Present and demonstrate hirify.global' value, use cases, and outcomes to prospective and existing customers
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during discovery, demos, pilots, and RFI/RFP processes
• Architect integration solutions for mid to enterprise customers
• Guide customer organizations and development teams to success
• Provide feedback to the product organization and participate in events

Requirements

• Must live in Sweden or Finland and be fluent in the local language (Swedish or Finnish) and professional English
• Experience in sales engineering or presales solution architecture in iPaaS/SaaS sector
• Proven track record supporting sales teams and meeting customer requirements
• Hands-on software or architecture development experience
• Knowledge of integration and architectural patterns including APIs, ETLs, event-driven, and AI solutions
• Strong cloud platform knowledge
