What you will do

• Configure, program, and develop AI and contact center solutions including CRM integrations and AI bots.
• Lead design and development of AI and bot applications aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee end-to-end project rollouts and lifecycle management.
• Provide business consulting and subject matter expertise on AI and digital products.
• Mentor project teams and develop documentation for emerging digital products.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical or business fields.
• 3+ years professional experience, preferably with AI/Bot software applications.
• Expertise in AI, NLU, CRM integrations, APIs, and contact center technologies.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
