What you will do

• Translate business requirements into Data 360 solutions through functional analysis and data modeling.
• Configure ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and identity resolution rules.
• Build and validate segments, insights, and activations within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Contribute to architecture design and best practices for data solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, blueprints, and test cases.
• Support technical and business teams with demos, explanations, and handover to operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce/Data functional roles with proven expertise in Data Cloud and Customer Data Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, mapping, unification, and segmentation including deterministic and probabilistic rules.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and data governance including PII handling.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent functional documentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake, ETL/ELT, BigQuery, or similar tools.
• Background in consulting firms or multi-client projects.
• Familiarity with functional design tools like Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence.
