What you will do

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding hirify.global products, offering guidance and assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors as necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Vocational/university of applied sciences (HBO) level of thinking and working is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
