What you will do

• Become an expert user of hirify.global and stay updated on new features.
• Handle inbound and outbound support issues via email and phone.
• Provide exceptional technical support by understanding and solving complex client issues.
• Communicate with internal teams to meet client needs and provide feedback to development.
• Contribute to help documentation and improve standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with shift flexibility including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem solve.

Nice to have

• Experience using Zendesk.
• Experience in customer or technical support roles.
• Experience in the travel industry.
