Customer Support Consultant (E-commerce)

Customer Support Consultant (E-commerce): Helping and informing B2B customers to make the right decisions about their shipments and software usage with an accent on handling inbound calls, chats, and tickets. Focus on transforming customers into self-sufficient digital bosses and providing professional solutions.

Location: This role is based in our HQ in Eindhoven, Netherlands. We offer a hybrid working model (2-3x per week).

Salary: €2700–€3000 gross per month

What you will do

• Help and inform B2B customers, enabling them to make the right decisions regarding their shipments and software.
• Handle webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets via the Zendesk system.
• Answer questions about software, shipments, and other customer issues.
• Proactively identify and come up with solutions to make improvements.
• Provide professional supporting and consulting to customers.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English, written and speech, are a must-have.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask with a proactive and commercial mindset.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus.
• Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS is a big plus.
• Available full-time (40 hours/week), working Monday-Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
