Enterprise Customer Success Manager (EMEA): Manage strategic, complex enterprise customer relationships and drive value realization, adoption, and expansion with an accent on executive stakeholder management, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building strategic success plans, influencing C-level stakeholders, and leading global account growth across EMEA.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands with 2-3 days per week onsite

What you will do

  • Own success, value, and growth for global enterprise accounts across EMEA and beyond.
  • Build and execute strategic success plans linking product adoption to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Manage complex enterprise environments and build trust with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on recruitment technology, AI adoption, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and support teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Lead executive business reviews and drive adoption and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to commute to Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week (hybrid setup)
  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management supporting enterprise B2B SaaS accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow global enterprise accounts, ideally in recruitment tech, HR tech, or AI platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with consultative skills.

  • Experience influencing C-level and SVP stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to value realization and risk management.
