What you will do

• Drive Customer Success by supporting onboarding, renewal, and expansion with finance leaders and CFOs.
• Leverage accounting expertise to understand customer workflows and challenges.
• Own renewals and expansion to maximize customer value and adoption.
• Become a power user of the product to guide customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Help define and build the Customer Success function and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• Must be located in Amsterdam or London for on-site work.
• 3–7 years of SaaS customer success experience managing mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Strong accounting background, ideally as Controller, CPA, or finance team member managing close processes.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build trust and deliver strategic support.
• Quick learner with product mastery and ability to simplify complex workflows.
