What you will do

  • Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Provide expert product knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust in key accounts
  • Create and update technical and non-technical documentation
  • Report common issues and drive improvements in support processes
  • Participate in on-call weekend and holiday support rotations

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or strong customer empathy
  • Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, and Jira
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for analytics
