What you will do
- Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat, ensuring SLA compliance
- Provide expert product knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust in key accounts
- Create and update technical and non-technical documentation
- Report common issues and drive improvements in support processes
- Participate in on-call weekend and holiday support rotations
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or strong customer empathy
- Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, and Jira
- Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for analytics
