What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Guide prospects through complex multi-stakeholder buying decisions involving engineering, finance, and the C-Suite.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Partner cross-functionally to influence hirify.global's Go-To-Market roadmap.
- Deliver compelling product demos and technical overviews.
- Use data-driven insights to refine outreach, forecast accurately, and continuously optimize your sales motion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience as a Mid-Market Account Executive.
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Success with creative pipeline generation strategies.
- Familiarity with SaaS, infrastructure, and finance & billing technology.
- Must work in the New York office 3 days/week.

- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
