What you will do
- Build, iterate, and operationalize outbound plays that drive sales pipeline
- Run experiments across messaging, channels, and signals
- Analyze results, summarize insights, and translate findings into scalable and documented playbooks
- Manage GTM systems including Clay, Unify, CommonRoom, Salesforce, and Zapier
- Identify intent signals across channels and turn them into actionable outbound plays
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in North America (United States or Canada)
- Ability to design and build outbound plays end to end including messaging, targeting logic, triggers, and channels
- Experience creating repeatable outbound playbooks and generating sales pipeline through outbound outreach or experiments
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Unify, Clay, and basic Salesforce admin skills
- Ability to integrate data from various tools
