What you will do

  • Map, analyze, and implement standardized, scalable GTM workflows and deal desk processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales on pricing, discounting, commercial terms, and deal structuring.
  • Enforce policies and approval workflows to ensure compliance and monitor data quality.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools in the Revenue Operations tech stack, especially Salesforce.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality to meet evolving business needs.
  • Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows across Go to Market teams.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen, process rigor, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working across levels and departments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and enhancement (Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports).
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Must be based in the United States.
