Outbound Sales Development Representative: Responding, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries to book appointments for Account Executives with an accent on effectively communicating hirify.global's value propositions and understanding prospect needs. Focus on sourcing new sales prospects, identifying key players, and presenting solutions to initiate the sales cycle.

Location: hirify.global. Must be based in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Singapore.

Salary: On-Target Earnings: $47,770 USD to $83,000 USD (Base salary is 70%).

What you will do

  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions and understand prospect needs.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin are essential.
