TL;DR

Strategic SDR (Proptech): Driving new business growth by executing ABM/ABS strategies, outbound prospecting, and engaging enterprise-level accounts with an accent on consultative sales and relationship building. Focus on crafting personalised outreach, handling objections, and managing complex account engagement to expand the client base.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 plus up to £24,000 bonus

What you will do

  • Execute ABM/ABS strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Leverage sales technology tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Manage time effectively balancing prospecting, follow-ups, and meetings.
  • Craft compelling, personalised outreach to engage prospects and drive meetings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within target accounts.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Experience with ABM/ABS strategies and outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency in sales technology and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and objection handling skills.
  • Consultative sales approach with research and active listening.
  • Organisational and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Curiosity and coachability to refine sales approaches.
  • Experience working in PropTech or related industries.
