What you will do

  • Successfully close, sign, and activate new client accounts from the China region.
  • Engage with and capitalize on opportunities from hirify.global’ existing client base.
  • Generate and manage an independent outbound sales pipeline from lead generation to client activation.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to converting them into business deals.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring superior post-sales satisfaction.
  • Manage and record all sales activities in the CRM system and collaborate with other customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within a technology environment (preferably HR or payroll software sales).
  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Proven success in building and closing deals from an outbound sales pipeline.
  • A history of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with prospects.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.
