What you will do
- Research and identify high-value enterprise healthcare targets including health systems and large PCP networks.
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate and qualify leads.
- Conduct approximately 100 cold calls per week with personalized, account-based strategies.
- Book and confirm a minimum of 3 qualified demos per week for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaborate on territory and account planning and maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute feedback to improve outreach and processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US to work hybrid or fully remote.
- 1+ years of Enterprise BDR or SDR experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
- Proven track record of exceeding outreach and demo targets with disciplined prospecting.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, physician leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts.
- Motivated by mission-driven work improving behavioral health care access.
