Location: Hybrid or fully remote within the US with onsite presence required three days per week in NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs.

Salary: $68,250 - $76,500 base (hybrid) or $57,000 - $63,750 base (remote) plus variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Research and identify high-value enterprise healthcare targets including health systems and large PCP networks.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate and qualify leads.
  • Conduct approximately 100 cold calls per week with personalized, account-based strategies.
  • Book and confirm a minimum of 3 qualified demos per week for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaborate on territory and account planning and maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally and contribute feedback to improve outreach and processes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US to work hybrid or fully remote.
  • 1+ years of Enterprise BDR or SDR experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
  • Proven track record of exceeding outreach and demo targets with disciplined prospecting.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, physician leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts.
  • Motivated by mission-driven work improving behavioral health care access.
